Dorita L. Hatchett, Owner & Lead Strategist, has been involved in programming and planning for over 30 years.

She has a 22-year history in Higher Education as a Director of Student Activities, Facilities Coordination and Scheduling, New Student Orientation Director and Commencement Coordination for 78 ceremonies. She served as the Program Director for the YWCA  youth program, Health Education, Meals on Wheels and other partnerships.

As the Construction Liaison for the Downtown METROrail expansion, she served for close to four years as the daily outreach coordinator to mitigate the concerns of over 85 stakeholders from The Dynamo Stadium to Hobby Center. She is involved in community activities and has served on several large-scale teams such as The Houston Superbowl LI Host Committee on the Transportation and Parking Staff. She has led production teams for local Festivals and concerts and works with a National Grassroots Basketball Tournament to select, train, manage and schedule staff for events in Houston and Orlando, Florida.
